讲座摘要/AbstractIoT chips and always-on power domains in advanced chips for battery operated products have extremely tight demands for low energy use. Special IPs are needed to provide reliable clocking solutions in these products. Combined with these needs, developing clocking solutions in advanced FinFET processes brings a special set of challenges. This talk describes these challenges and introduces some Silicon Creations products developed for these applications in TSMC’s 7nm and 5nm FinFET processes. We also show correlations between simulations and silicon measurements for some of these products.
