姜汉钧 长聘教授

姜汉钧,江苏通州人。2001年本科毕业于清华大学电子工程系无线电技术与信息系统专业,2005年博士毕业于美国爱荷华州立大学电子与计算机工程系。2005年至2006年在美国德州仪器公司从事模拟IC设计工作。2007年至今在清华大学工作,现为bat365官网登录入口教研系列长聘教授、副院长。曾于20152-8月在美国哈佛大学从事访问研究。

长期承担《模拟大规模集成电路设计》、《信号与系统》等课程的教学工作。研究方向包括低功耗模拟与射频集成电路设计、高能效无线感知芯片与系统技术、医疗与健康应用系统技术等。已发表期刊和国际会议论文160余篇,参与编写英文专著2本。已授权发明专利40余项。作为负责人承担了“863”计划、国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金资助的多个科研项目。获中国电子学会技术发明一等奖等奖励。

现为IEEE高级会员、中国电子学会高级会员、IEEE电路与系统学会(CASS)杰出报告人(Distinguished Lecturer)、IEEE生医电路与系统学报(TBioCAS)编委、《微电子学》编委。曾任IEEE固态电路学会(SSCS)北京分会主席、IEEE电路与系统学报IITCAS-II)编委。


【研究方向与内容】

1. 低功耗模拟与射频集成电路设计:超低功耗无线收发机芯片、低温CMOS芯片等

2. 高能效无线感知芯片与系统技术:超低功耗生物电信号采集芯片,生物电信号处理芯片,超低功耗环境感知芯片,无线传感SoC

3. 医疗与健康应用系统技术:植入式传感器与执行器专用SoC与微系统,穿戴式生理信号感知系统与信号处理技术等
