Research

The Institute of Integrated Nanoelectronics Science focuses on a wide range of research areas, including: theories of semiconductor devices and integrated circuits; device and circuit modelling and simulation; low-power new-nanostructure devices; new-principle information devices; sensing-storage-calculation all-in-one device; artificial intelligence devices; new semiconductor materials i.e. two-dimensional materials, perovskites, third generation semiconductors; interconnection structures and working mechanisms in dense integrated systems; objective laws, power densities and theories of signal integrity based on electrical, thermal, magnetic, mechanical, optical, and acoustic effects.
