Xiangyu LI Associate Professor
Xiangyu LI, Associate Professor, School of Integrated Circuits, Tsinghua Univerity, IEEE/CCF Member.
He received his B.S. degree in microelectronics and solid-state electronics from Tsinghua University, Beijing, China, in 2000 and his Ph.D. degree in science and technology of electronics from Tsinghua University, Beijing, China, in 2006. From 2006 to 2012, he was an Assistant Researcher with the Integrated Circuit and System Design Laboratory, Institute of Microelectronics, Tsinghua University, Beijing, China. From 2012 to April, 2021, he has been an Associate Professor with the Department of Microelectronics and Nanoelectronics, Tsinghua University, Beijing. Since April, 2021, he has been an Associate Professor with the School of Integrated Circuits, Tsinghua University.
His research interests include Chiplet, AIoT, energy-efficient integrated circuits, and hardware security. He is studying design methodologies of chiplet-based systems facing energy-efficient domain-specified architecture integrated chips. He is developing sonar/radar-based human-machine interaction technologies, such as gesture recognition, hardware security, including secure processor and side channel attacks resilient cryptographic ICs. He is the corresponding or first author of more than 30 articles and 13 inventions, including a US patent.
He also is the teacher of the course of “Digital VLSI-A”, a professional basic course for the graduate students in School of Integrated Circuits. It is one of the “Excellent courses” of Tsinghua University. He is offering a MOOC of “Digital VLSI Design” at the same time, which has been selected into the first batch of “National First-class Undergraduate Courses” by the MOE. By now, the number of students learned this MOOC has reached to 25,000.
