Xiaoming Wu Associate Professor

Dr. Xiaoming Wu, associate professor, received his Ph.D. in Engineering from Tsinghua University in 2002, and then joined the Institute of Microelectronics of Tsinghua University. From 2009 to 2010, he was a visiting scholar at Berkeley Sensor & Actuator Center (BSAC) at the University of California, Berkeley. He is currently serving as the deputy director of the Center of Nanofabrication, Tsinghua University.

Dr. Xiaoming Wu’s research interest focuses on micro fabrication technology and micro/nano devices, including integrated sensors, microelectromechanical (MEMS) devices, energy harvesters, two-dimensional material electronic devices, etc. He has published more than 100 peer reviewed papers, and was granted 18 invention patents.
