Tianxiang Nan received the B.S. degree in microelectronics from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China in 2011, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from Northeastern University, Boston, MA, USA, in 2015. His research interest is on Beyond-CMOS technology including microsystems and spintronics. He was named to MIT Technology Review's 35 Innovators Under 35 in China for his work on ultra-miniaturized MEMS antennas. He has published over 60 peer-reviewed articles. He is currently an Associate Professor in School of Integrated Circuits at Tsinghua University. Prior to joining Tsinghua University, he was a Post-Doctoral Researcher with the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2015 to 2018, and with the Cornell University, from 2018 to 2019.
